Save reusable pricing strategy configurations as templates and apply them across many products.
Templates save your pricing strategy configuration for later reuse. You can apply the same template to multiple products to save time and ensure consistent pricing strategies.Use templates for product groups with similar costs, margin goals, and competitive conditions.
Configure a strategy and choose Create template. Give it a meaningful name (e.g. “Products < 100€”) and save with Save template.
Name and save the template

Apply a template
On a variant, open Select pricing strategy. Existing templates appear in the list; below them you can also create a standalone strategy via Create new pricing strategy.
Pick a template from the list
Once a template is selected, it governs the configuration: the strategy picker is greyed out and a chip shows the template name. Use Clear selection to detach the variant from the template again.
An applied template — the configuration is governed by the template

Adjust values or remove the template
With a template applied, you decide how changes are saved:
Save changes to this variant only — the variant stays linked to the template, but the changed value applies to this one variant only.
Save changes to the pricing strategy template — the change is saved in the template and applies to all variants that use it.
Overridden fields show a hint that lets you Reset to template value. Use Remove to detach the strategy from the variant entirely.
In shops with multiple marketplaces, a template can carry its own market for price changes. Every variant linked to the template uses this marketplace for its pricing strategy. How the selector behaves in the strategy dialog depends on how you save:
Save changes to this variant only: The selector is disabled and shows the template’s market read-only. The variant follows the template; you can’t set an own market here.
Save changes to the pricing strategy template: You edit the template’s market. The change applies to all variants that use this template.
When a variant is linked to a template, it follows the template’s market for price changes; a market previously chosen on the variant is no longer used. For how the market is determined overall from shop, template, and variant, see Market for price changes.
Test individual products before rolling out a template widely or enabling auto-apply.
